Maremel Studio grew from the original Maremel Institute — once focused on research, innovation, and education — into a full-blown experimental production space.

We’re where ideas come to life before they’re fully polished.

AI documentaries, VR/XR worlds, strange music experiments, podcasts, creative workshops — this is where we explore the messy middle.

What We Do

• AI + video: Producing the GoldKey Archive and other AI-driven video projects.
• VR / XR / AR creation: Prototyping immersive experiences, worlds, and live concerts.
• Music production: Original tracks, live events, recordings for new media, and collaborations.
• Podcasts: More than 100 episodes across three shows, with voices from the past and future.
• Workshops + “Making Of”: Sharing what we’re learning, breaking, and building along the way.

Where We Come From

Once called Maremel Institute, we were known for blending media, learning, and research.

Now, as Maremel Studio — a wholly owned division of Rethink Next LLC — we’ve shifted toward production, play, and creative invention.

We’re self-funded, artist-run, and powered by imagination (plus a lot of coffee).

And we’re female majority owned by our Managing Partner, Dr. Gigi Johnson.
