Since 2004, we have focused on helping existing media and educational organizations understand the dramatic changes happening in the world around them. How can they make strategic decisions based on visions and goals for that future?
We help leaders and management teams look at how industries change, what drivers are affecting their outside environments, and how to change the stories and narratives within the organization. We have coached board-level in-depth working sessions, evaluated deals and acquisitions, and supported senior officers with regular cross-industry brainstorming. Clients and partners have ranged from major media associations and alliances to medium and small-sized media firms.
